Unique solution to a rapid clean closure and Certificate of Completion of a mixed chlorinated plume for Fortune-50 company.

Use of proprietary, step-wise approach for hexavalent chromium reduction of 99.9994% (39,600 ug/L to 0.239 ug/L) in source area groundwater with little to no rebound.

Surgical destruction of phase-separated hydrocarbons with surfactant-enhanced in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) under downtown parking lot to achieve no further action (NFA) letter.

Site specific, proprietary in-situ treatment train achieved 99.98% reduction of total volatile organic compounds (VOCs) (from 11,440 mg/L to 0.018 mg/L) at Fortune-5 company site leading to NFA letter.

Use of surfactant-cosolvent/oxidant combination causing clay deionization and oxidation of chlorinated solvents in clay-filled bedrock fractures to less than one order of magnitude lower than the cleanup goal. An NFA letter was obtained without future property-use restrictions.
